A Legacy Restored: Bulkhead Renovations Now Completed

On November 13th, we began restoring our bulkheads to their iconic original design crafted by Arnold Palmer in 1999. The first phase of this project focused on reconstructing the bulkheads on Hole 15 and enhancing the hole by replacing the artificial turf at the front tee boxes with natural grass. The second phase included work on Holes 9 and 18, further strengthening the course’s beauty and playability. With fresh sod now in place and more on the way, the work isn’t fully complete, but all 18 holes are open for play. We’re excited to share this transformation with you!

This project enhances the course’s scenic beauty and structural integrity, preserving the stunning views that make Rivers Edge one of the most breathtaking courses in the Carolinas. Come experience the improvements firsthand and enjoy golf at its finest as we continue to honor Palmer’s legacy.
