Spring golf season is right around the corner here at Rivers Edge Golf Club. We are very excited to at what the spring is going to bring! The course is in great condition. We all know that 2018 was a tough year for most golf courses due to the terrible cold snap we had last spring. This is is that is not going to be an issue.
The management and staff have worked very hard over the last several months to insure that Rivers Edge is back in the condition that golfers have come to expect when the tee it up here. Every part of the property looks great heading into the busiest part of the year for golf. It is very exciting for all of us!
As the tee sheet fills up for the spring golf season, our visitors are going to find a golf course that is in amazing shape and provides a first class experience. In addition to the course itself, the surroundings are great! We have some of the best views around for our guest to take in while enjoying their round. From the beautiful tree lined fairways to the breath-taking views along the Shallotte River, players will want to have their cellphones ready to take some pictures for sure.
We also provide state of the art GPS technology on our golf carts. Players will know their yardages no matter where they are on the course as well as having the opportunity to sync their mobile devices to the system and play their own music if they choose. The clubhouse can communicate to the golfers through the system. This is very helpful in case of impending inclement weather that may be in the area as well as pace of play reminders. It is a very useful tool on the carts.
Whether you are a golfer that comes to Rivers Edge regularly or a first time visitor, you will be excited at what you see when you tee it up. 2019 is going to be a very good year and we are very excited to see exactly what it brings.
