We formed a team to raise money for Folds of Honor. An organization supporting the legacies of our fallen and disabled military service members. It is our way to say Thank You to the 1% of Americans willing to stand guard over our freedoms and who have sacrificed so much in doing so. The Folds of Honor foundation affectionately named us the Myrtle Beach PGA Patriots.
Our 100 hole marathon has become immensely popular and is a lot of fun. This past year, we added a unique tournament day called the “Battle for Glory.” The event was a Ryder Cup style scramble in which Team Stars takes on Team Stripes in an effort to win “Glory,” a brass eagle trophy. This year we even created our own logo for the event that we’re sure will win everyone’s heart.
Last year’s contribution totaled $40,421. That brings our three-year total to $89,398.
Please help us meet our fundraising goal of $70,000 by making a donation. Your generous gift will be used efficiently and effectively to help support Folds of Honor scholarship programs.
