                                                          Local Rules Sheet

 The Rules of the USGA shall govern all play except as provided below: Relief options for bunkers when conditions are not satisfactory;
  1. If bunker conditions are not consistent player may rake and place ball within bunker.
  2. When casual water exists please proceed under rule 25-1 “Abnormal Ground Conditions”
  3. If entire bunker is full of water and relief from casual water is not possible the bunker will be treated as GUR and relief may be taken behind the bunker without penalty.
  4. If in a bunker with bulkhead please see rule 24-2b(ii) “Immovable Obstruction”
Waste areas are located on the following holes; 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 10, 11 & 14.
  1. When casual water exists in a waste area, please proceed according to Rule 25. Player must remain in the waste area.
  2. If complete relief is not available, player may treat as GUR and relief may be taken outside the waste area no closer to the hole.
On portions of holes where wooden bulkheads border the marsh, the outside edge of the top of the bulkhead defines the lateral water hazards.
  1. Proceed under Rule 24-2 “Immovable Obstruction”.   The player must lift the ball and place it, without penalty, within one club-length of and not nearer the hole than the nearest point of relief.  The nearest point of relief must not be in a hazard or on a putting green.
All roads are considered to be Out of Bounds.
  • Example:  Road to Clubhouse (Right of #4 Fairway)
When taking relief from a hazard where hazard lines are not clearly defined, the point at which the hazard begins is defined to be where conditions change from mown area to any other conditions. Proceed under Rule 26 “Water Hazards (Including Lateral Water Hazards)

DROP ZONES ARE LOCATED ON HOLES #5, #9 & #15

  1. Please proceed to drop zone on Hole #9 if your second shot or subsequent shot thereafter entires the hazard on the tee side of hazard!
  2. Drop Zones on Holes #5 & #15 are located near the green.
