Tonya Decker is highly experienced Food and Beverage Manager with a customer driven focus for being efficient and effective in managing. She is an independent leader possessing strong mentoring, supervisory, and motivational abilities. Tonya is exceptionally focused on a customer-driven atmosphere and strives to exceed both personally and professionally in the golf course industry.
Tonya has more than 25 years experience as a server in casual and fine dining hospitality establishments. She has been with Rivers Edge Golf Club for 14 years. Starting on the beverage cart in 2005, Tonya has worked her way into management over the years through her commitment and dedication to great customer service, love for our members and increasing the profitably of our Double Eagle Grille. Through her efforts Tonya has redefined the Double Eagle Grille large party functions, making it one of the most preferred venues in our market.
Tonya has studied cosmetology and later became a certified nail technician where she explores her love for nail art. In her free time, she enjoys bowling in weekly leagues, walks along the beach and spending time with her two new grandsons.
